What are millennials
Media has mentioned thousands of times about them with flowery words: the “We” generation, the multi-task masters, the smartphone generations, etc. They are Millennials. Just in the past few years, the frequency of collaborative activities at work has doubled, urging organisations to find people with good teamwork skills. Ironically, “lack of teamwork skills” is among the most common complaint about an organisation’s young candidates. But since more and more young people are entering the labour market, it’s time that they, and employers, identify and tackle the factors that make teamwork challenging.
