Knowledge Sharing: Why everyone, especially office workers need to do exercises regularly

About the event
We are all aware of the importance of everyday exercise for our bodies and minds. However, according to data compiled by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, only one out of every three adults gets the recommended amount of physical activity each week, and more than 80% of adults fail to meet the guidelines for both aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities. Regular exercise, according to MedlinePlus, helps cleanse bacteria out of the lungs and airways, lowering the risk of colds, flu, and other infections. Physical activity boosts company employees’ immune systems, making them less vulnerable to whatever bug is around in the office. Regularly working out employees are often healthier than their sedentary colleagues. This leads to fewer sick days, fewer medical appointments, and lower absenteeism overall. Join our Knowledge Sharing session to learn more about the benefits of excercising and get some tips on building your own fun exercising routine!
