Humans are very sophisticated creatures. Our DNA, environment, and experiences all help make each of us wonderfully unique. It’s what keeps life thrilling – but what makes motivating others so tricky. We all have unique traits, goals, and priorities, which means we all have various sources of motivation. Lack of motivation hurts the workforce at some point, whether it’s unenthusiasm while working on a project or making any excuse to avoid a task. Being able to encourage others is critical to one’s success at work, at home, and in the future, because no one can achieve anything on their own. We all seek the support of others.
