The COVID-19 pandemic affects every facet of our daily lives. Not just from the restrictions, and the human cost of the startling number of fatalities but also the psychological toll this pandemic is costing all of us, a cost usually overshadowed by the shocking statistics of cases per day, but a silent killer no less lethal. In this presentation, we will outline the causes of these psychological issues, the cost of it on us, and ways countries and individuals can help to minimize the impact on us as a society.
