V.U.C.A. stands for Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity after the Cold War. How was it described in 2020? What made 2020 even more challenging was the multitude of interacting events globally, nationally, statewide and within our own organizations. But we still survived! Now the V.U.C.A.
The challenge for 2021 is to thrive. We need to accept that the new normal will continue to include: Thus, facing challenges of the VUCA environment, leaders are required to perform a range of contemporary leadership to effectively lead an organization in this chaotic environment. So, in this Knowledge Sharing session, our team will discuss the contemporary leadership skills a leader should have, which include: Adaptive leadership, Visionary leadership, and Self- leadership.
