About the event

This Knowledge Sharing Session addresses a challenging issue: How to keep motivation & engagement for a completely virtual working team, whose members have not known each other before. The speaker will also share some effective practices to help everyone with interns in their team improve their leadership skills as well as understand more on what needs to be done to improve the internship experience for all interns.
