Knowledge Sharing: Psychological obstacles for women in leadership roles

About the event

The role of women has changed over the years. Women now are seeking the highest leadership roles in the professions they took. Based on the research conducted by IBM, in 2023, there will be more women in the C-suite and sitting on executive boards. It has inched up to 12% for both. Despite this good news, we do realize that the number is still small, and it is obvious that there is much to be done to encourage more women into leadership roles. One such way is by beginning to understand the challenges that they currently face in such roles.
