About the event

People have different negotiation styles. Individuals bring sets of experiences, skills, and tools that affect the way they interact with others, both at home and in the workplace.

Master negotiators know how to use their primary negotiation style to their advantage and when it’s beneficial to influence their counterparts across the table.

In this session, we will focus on identifying these negotiation styles, their strengths, weaknesses & how we can connect with each of them.
