After a long period of the Covid-19 pandemic, most of our generation has promptly realized how working remotely can be truly convenient and efficient in daily life. Since working without strict surveillance would discourage employees to fully focus and engage with their work, some believe that to maintain the effectiveness and productivity in working is the most difficult part while virtually working. Therefore, how to communicate, be proactive and productive must be a big question to be considered.
