Knowledge Sharing: Gen Z 101

About the event

Gen Z is the name given to young people born between 1997 and 2012. Nowadays, the oldest of this generation are reaching 25 years old, with many of them graduating from university, starting new families, and entering the workforce. In TRG, the number of Gen Z’s staff and interns increasingly develops. They are energetic, digital natives and multitasking. This moving into TRG might blow the winds of change to the company. In our Knowledge Sharing session today, we will introduce what makes Gen Z different from other generations in social issues and work environments, hence suggest some ways to bridge the workplace generation gaps.
