Rick, a CEO, CFO, and Executive Coach, excels in driving business performance through intervention coaching and systematic processes. With over 40 years of experience across various industries and countries, he has made significant contributions globally.
Currently, Rick is the Vietnam Master Franchisor for PJ’s Coffee and Co-Founder and CFO of Great People Inside. He has founded multiple start-ups, with one achieving a US IPO exit. An active CIMA promoter and frequent speaker on various business topics, Rick has been a key figure in Vietnam since 1990, making him one of the most experienced British expats in the country.
