Ho Chi Minh City – Once again, TRG International proudly joined in to support and guide young, energetic students at the RMIT Vietnam Career Week 2014 on last Friday, 04th July as diamond sponsor.
As usual, TRG team came earlier in advance to build and decorate the booth in the sport hall of RMIT Saigon South Campus. This year we encountered a lot of new faces of more than 40 major employers from various fields ranging from professional bodies to NGOs and private enterprises.
As the event started, numerous lines of students moved in seeking for advices and opportunities for their future careers. Although the majority of the comers are either fresh graduates or almost graduated ones, there were still hundreds of freshmen joining in to prepare in advance and aim for their desirable internship positions in a few years.

During the consultation, our team was able to recognise many familiar faces from RMIT Vietnam Career Week 2013 as well as from our consultation event on 3rd July, in which Mr. Rick, our CEO gave a warm speak about recruitment and networking to RMIT students. Obviously, this topic is a very hot one to final-year students and thus, many raised questions and received informative answers from Mr. Rick.
Beside consulting and guiding young students, TRG also prepared 3 different games for the Career Week 2014 to entertain and help students understand them more for future career. The first game was “Tree test”, in which students had to choose the photos they prefer and hence, learn about themselves based on the one that they picked. Then, students got involved in a new game namely “Test your brain” in order to discover which half of brain that they use more frequently. The final and also most funny game is “Catching phrase”. Just by guessing the word out of the pictures, many students have won valuable gifts before going home.
