On March 16th, 2025, TRGers hit the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, sharing vegan bread and heartfelt moments with those in need. This wasn’t simply about distributing food, but reminding others that even the smallest gestures can carry immense meaning: a warm smile, a few kind words, or a simple loaf of bread can offer to spark hope in unexpected ways.

Lending hands, sharing hearts
Joining TRG in this campaign is Joi Foundation – one of TRG’s long-term charity partners, founded during the COVID-19 crisis to support the homeless with essential food aid. Since then, Joi Foundation has grown into a committed force for good, offering support to those most vulnerable in our community.
Each quarter, TRG collaborates with Joi Foundation to prepare 150 carefully handcrafted vegan bread portions. Every loaf, shaped and packed by our volunteers, carries more than just nutrition: it embodies our shared belief that compassion can be felt in the smallest, simplest acts.

At TRG, We Believe That Even Small Acts Can Create Meaningful Impact
“Through all our charity activities, we aim to share our luck and good fortune to those less fortunate and give them hope.”
– Rick Yvanovich, Founder & CEO
At TRG, this ideal is more than just words; it’s the foundation of how we operate as a business and as a member of the wider community. Rooted in the principle of “helping where we can,” our efforts go beyond delivering exceptional services to clients and partners; we always try our best to make commitments to social responsibility.
We believe that true success is measured not only by financial performance or operational excellence, but also by our ability to uplift others. Whether it’s through volunteering initiatives, charity partnerships, or grassroots campaigns, TRGers are empowered to act and make a difference.
By staying grounded in empathy, compassion, and a sense of shared humanity, we strive to ensure that our impact reaches beyond the boardroom. Because at the end of the day, business is not just about profit – it’s about people.
