&#8220;Hello, my name is Aidan, and I was an <a href="https://careers.trginternational.com/pages/internships-in-vietnam-2021" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Academy Admin Intern</a> at TRG for 3 months. This was the first internship I had ever done, and as such, my expectations were all over the place.
I was expecting to do the stereotypical intern things one sees in popular cultures, such as getting coffee or getting mail for full-time employees. However, this was not the case. My experience at TRG was one of engagement, education, and enrichment.

From day one, I was greeted and surrounded by a community of diverse, supportive, and friendly faces that made me feel at home immediately. The community at TRG has a very unique and dynamic environment and populace. This can be attributed to community-building and team-building being pivotal to the TRG ecosystem.
Perhaps, the greatest thing about my internship was my ability to work both <a href="https://careers.trginternational.com/pages/why-join-trg-international-benefits-and-perks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">in the office and remotely</a>, allowing me to spend time with family while still being an active member of the TRG community. As such, I was able to contribute to the best of my ability without sacrificing personal time.
Throughout my internship, I completed a plethora of courses developed by TRG Academy, ranging from software, such as Infor SunSystems, to human skills, such as time management. Much of my time was also spent designing and editing courses that would be released in the future. Hence, I was able to learn so much valuable information while developing the skills that would allow me to create an engaging and high-quality product. This is a unique aspect of the TRG internship that I am unsure I will ever see recreated.

I also was given the opportunity to represent TRG International at a couple of career fairs in Ho Chi Minh City. This allowed me to interact with Vietnamese students, a demographic with which I had never been able to engage before. This also gave me more exposure to people in fields I am interested in and expanded my network.
I would like to personally thank the TRG Academy team for being very supportive and helpful during my internship, as they made my experience enriching and enjoyable. I would also like to thank Mr. Nhan from HR for also being there for me and providing me with opportunities to broaden the scope of my internship activities.
Lastly, I would like to thank TRG International as a whole for giving me such an educational experience, and I wish them all the best for the future.&#8221;
