<p>Dr. Torsten Seeger is the owner of the systemic consulting agency ConsulToSee. He founded ConsulToSee in 2017 in HCMC in order to bring systemic knowledge into Vietnam’s business world.</p>
<p>Torsten has 20 years of leadership experience in R&amp;D, manufacturing, quality management and project management within countries like Germany, Russia, France, UK, Spain, Malaysia and Vietnam.</p>
<p>At the age of 43 he experienced his first Systemic Constellation facilitated by Monika Wyss in Malaysia. He was so impressed by the results that he decided to get trained and certified by leading specialists of Systemic Constellation and Coaching (e.g. Prof. Dr. Matthias Varga von Kibéd).</p>

	Carsten Ley (Germany) has had an extensive International Management career in business consulting, project leadership, customer experience and change management in Europe, Latin-America and South East Asia. He lived the last 8 years in Vietnam working for the consumer sector in E-Commerce and Finance to simplify and excel value propositions, operational excellence &amp;amp; customer services.<br />
He implements OKRs and CX in various start-ups and business clients across South East Asia such as Lazada, Myanmar Institute of Technology, Gabarmart, Scratchpay, Home Credit etc.
