<p>Feedforward, a concept introduced by business educator and coach Marshall Goldsmith, is rapidly gaining traction, and for good reason. Properly used, feedforward can help create a better workplace by aiding individuals in moving beyond the invisible barriers that hinder their productivity and performance.</p>
<p>People giving feedback may not pay as much attention as they should on proposing objective and potential solutions for future improvement. Feedforward, on the other hand, allows people to concentrate more on giving potential, practical and objective advice that is helpful for actual improvement in the future.</p>
<p>This is an EXTREMELY hands-on event and you will be assigned into multiple breakout rooms. So marke sure your camera and microphone work, then turn on your cameras and get ready for Feeding forward.</p>

	<p>Work-life balance&#8221; is no longer a new concept and becoming an important aspects of a healthy work environment. However, finding a suitable balance between work and daily living is a challenge that many workers face. Particularly during the COVID-19 situation, the issue of work-life balance has been further raised, and flexibility and wellbeing are more demanded than ever. Workers, especially Gen Z, who is being to be the dominant workforce, are pushed to advocate for a permanently flexible work situation. As a result, most of adult Gen Z employees make work-life balance, working from home and flexible vacation time a top priority when looking for a job. Since Gen Z employees possess significantly different expectations compared to older generations, understanding work-life balance of this group plays an important role to build one company&#8217;s culture.</p>

These skills largely rest on your ability to back up your words with physical actions that exude openness, honesty, and confidence. More than 55% of messages are conveyed through nonverbal cues like gestures and posture, and studies have shown body language is a more accurate gauge of someone&#8217;s true attitudes and intentions than their tone of voice or words.
