Novotel will have their own dedicated software and server resources. This slightly increases the hotel investment compared to the multi-tenant setup. However, the deployment causes little interruption to Novotel&#8217;s daily work and gives users more control over the system.</p>

To tailor the system to the organization’s needs, a new Business Unit (BU) was developed to align with Accor&#8217;s predefined corporate standards.</p>
<p>The Chart of Accounts was mapped and customized to meet regional standards using Q&amp;A reports, replacing the previous self-defined COA. Additionally, historical data was kept in a special Business Unit for reference and ongoing use.</p>
