TRG supports survey research of Cybersecurity in Vietnam

In just 20 years, the world has witnessed technology development at a rocket speed including Vietnam. According to Vietnamnews, Vietnam had been facing with the attacks of cybercrime that hacked over 2000 agency and business websites because there was not enough cybersecurity experts to solve this problem. Recently, internet-based attacks have continued to drive the regional business conflicts. Understanding the concern, the American, European and British chambers of commerce have cooperated to support a survey research in order to understand the state of website attacks and defence in Vietnam.

Cybersecurity in Vietnam

Compiling ordinary business website security practices in Vietnam and distinguishing them to the best practices for website security are the main purposes of the survey. TRG International will analyse results about the difference between local implementation and cybersecurity best practices.

There are 3 key benefits that companies will gain when participating in the survey.

Firstly, companies can understand more about internet-based risks and how it affects their business. Secondly, a checklist for website security best practices will be provided, from which you can get to know tools and practices used to minimize internet risks. Last but not least, you will have the benchmark to compare your security standards with cybersecurity best practices.

On October 22nd 2015, Multi-AmCham Meeting on Cybersecurity in Vietnam to present findings from the survey will be organised by AmCham Vietnam. Mr. Rick Yvanovich, CEO of TRG International, will have a presenatation about analysis of key lessons for Cybersecurity in Vietnam.

Enterprises of all industries are welcome to join the survey research. Please click the following link to take the survey:http://goo.gl/forms/qMFTzdpRht
