On October 13, 2017, Retail Pro successfully organised their annual Global Partner Conference. The conference attracted Retail Pro Business and Alliance partners and retail technology experts from around the world. It also acted as a forum for sharing insights, product knowledge and plans for growth.

Retail Pro also uses their annual Global Partner Conference as a chance for global experts across the retail technologies ecosystem to be awarded with the Retail Pro business excellence awards for outstanding performance in their regional spheres. In this conference, TRG International was honoured to receive the Service Excellence Award in the Asia Pacific region.
