# [Infographic] Are You a Manager or a Leader?

We often use the words **“manager”** and **“leader”** interchangeably without thinking too much about the responsibilities or characteristics that they entail.

However, there are several differences between a leader and a manager that Warren Bennis, author of “On Becoming a Leader” has depicted. For instance, managers have people work for them while leaders have people follow them.
