Customer Support Department is dedicated to provide high quality proactive support for customers while using TRG International’s solutions as well as internal users for any technical issues. Customer Support team are well-trained so that they can deal with all the inquiries, questions, problems, concerns raised by customers/users.
For customers, Customer Support Department provides immediate support by telephone, email, remote access, and support portal to customers with business process queries, software error queries, report queries, or any difficulties in day-to-day use of applications. We track and manage each individual ticket that customer raise for a proper follow-up until the ticket is closed with satisfaction.
For internal users, Customer Support Department manages the company’s IT infrastructure which includes: installing, configuring, maintaining and providing troubleshooting for internal IT systems.
There are three main responsibilities of Customer Support team:
– To retain customers
– To drive customer loyalty
– To assist BOM on the creation or to update of Customer Support and IT Strategy
