Rick Yvanovich FCMA, CGMA, FCPA MSc
Founder and CEO
Rick is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a Fellow of CPA Australia, and has an MSc in Strategic Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
He is the Chairman of AMCHAM HCMC ICT Committee and Chairman of Eurocham Vietnam IT Sector Committee. He is active in promoting Vietnam IT, inward investment to Vietnam as well as IT events and seminars.
Rick is Treasurer and a member of the Board of the British Business Group in Vietnam.
He is Chairman and a Board Member of the South-East Asia Regional Board (SEARB) for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Rick is a CIMA Membership Assessor and he regularly promotes (more like evangelises) CIMA in Vietnam as well as speaks, attends, hosts and co-brands events both with and for and on behalf of CIMA across the region.
Pham Hong Thai
Deputy General Director
Thai won a coveted full scholarship to study IT & Statistics at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic in 1988 after which he worked for some years with IT companies. He returned to Vietnam and became the second employee of TRG. Thai is fluent in English and Vietnamese and has pretty good Czech. For over 19 years at TRG, Thai has been directly involved in hundreds of client engagements in dozens of countries and is seen as the guru by several of our largest clients who rely on the depth of his technical and business expertise.

Long is one of our first employees. He is now a 19-year TRG veteran and a member of the senior management team. His experience, coupled with his ever growing portfolio of vendor certifications relating to all products that TRG carries, helps ensure successful implementation of systems. Long was awarded TRG’s Passionate award in 2008 and named Consultant of the Year in 2009 and 2011.
Chau Nguyen Huong Thao
Customer Services Director
Thao is now a 14 year TRG veteran and a member of the senior management team. Famous for her attention to detail. She leads our Customer Services team which focuses on Contracts, Account Management and Inside Sales. Thao was awarded Salesperson of the Year in 2008, 2010 and 2011. She holds certifications in ION and Citrix.
Pham Thanh Binh
Business Development Manager
Binh has a BA in Commerce and is a 8 year TRG veteran and a member of the management team. She was instrumental in developing our Retail Management business from infancy to its market leading position today. Her professionalism and dedication have earned her 3 coveted Salesperson of the Year awards in 2009 and 2011.
Nguyen Trung Thanh
Software Development Manager
Thanh has been working at TRG for 11 years. With the Bachelor of IT Programs from top Vietnamese university, Thanh has been contributing all his best to help TRG go further. Thanh now manages Software Development team and deals with many big IT projects from clients.
Le Thi Thuy Ha
Ha has been joining TRG for 9 years until now. TRG is her very first company after she returned from her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Financial Engineering programs from the Philippines in 2005. She was awarded Accountant of the year in 2008.
Tran Thanh Huong
Customer Support Director
Huong has worked at TRG for more than 13 years and have extensive experience on business applications, analysing customer needs and system problem solving. She is in charge of Customer Support Department which provides technical or applications support for our solution and was awarded Leader of the Year in 2013 and 2014.
Director of Sales for Hospitality
Andrew Turton is Director of Sales for Hospitality at TRG based in South East Asia. Initially trained as a Financial Accountant and working for several Blue Chip companies in United Kingdom including British Telecom and Stoy Hayward, Andrew moved into IT Project Management in 1991 with Price Waterhouse. In 1996 he became IT Global Project Manager for Rothmans. After successfully managing the company’s Y2K strategy, he joined Financial Software author Systems Union as a Solution delivery manager. 2002 saw Andrew become Global Solutions Director for Hospitality and a more sales focused role. With the acquisition of Systems Union by Infor in 2006 Andrew moved to a more sales focused role initially based in Dubai before moving to Bangkok in 2013 where he is currently based for TRG.

Customer Services Manager
Nhung has about 9 years working at TRG. Her main contribution to company includes helping and supporting customers whenever issue arises. She will renew the contract with customer and try to increase sales for company throughout the contract renewal with customers. Nhung has achieved the award: Sales person of the Year (Most Sales).
Vincent De Smet
Professional Services Manager
Vincent has been working at TRG for 11 years. Vincent has 7 years – experience with Hilton World Wide (hospitality) as well as Holcim Azerbaijan (Building materials & aggregates) and Brown Brothers Harriman (Financial Services). He delivers projects from System Design through System Build and End User Training to Go Live and post implementation review.
Nguyen Dong Ho
Ho Dong Nguyen acts as Project Director of ERP implementation projects. He is also actively involved in the design, project planning, and installation of new ERP systems. He has fifteen years of experience in implementing ERP solutions in various industries, including heavy industry, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and professional services.

Thu has almost 10 years working at TRG. With the position of Professional Services Manager, her contribution to company includes Implementation consultant, Pre-sales consultant, Project manager. Besides, Thu has won many awards; among those are Employee of the year 2012 and 2013 and RMIT President Award 2005.

Ngoc has worked at TRG for nearly 10 years and she enthusiastically contributes to TRG by supporting internal and external clients to resolve technical problems and make them satisfied with our services.
Nguyen Quoc Hung
Professional Services Manager
Hung has up to 16 years working at TRG. Experience that much years, he now holds the position of Professional Services Manager and PM-Project Manager. He has qualified PM certificate and good experience in project controlling. He is also a senior Software Applications Consulting with having a good experience of company products.
